Managed to eventually knock a driver together for the jeep.

He looks like an Urban/Polar suited Nunchuk whoever he is he looks cool and suits your jeep.

Like the head gear, it makes him look very "wind swept", have you got a name for him yet?

He`s really just a backround character that drives the refuelling truck.
Drifter maybe?

Looking @ this & the plane makes me think of the refueling & armouring scenes from that old SEGA arcade game "Afterburner".

He's too clean to be a drifter unless he smells of piss
