cheers guys, i probably only need around 3-4mils for the actual cast,i was using 2mils part a up to 4mils part b but no joy, so realy i need to know the amount to add to 2mils as im hopeless at percentages

still waiting for a response from the company on my email too.

ok well the mix has kind of worked its certainly not as rubbery when removed from the mould, im letting it cure in the air for a further few days or so before i touch it, i've done a couple more and i will see how hard the first one has set this weekend, fingers crossed i can get the hole done to attach to the peg and hopefully post a pic

nah i know from when i did that to one the other week it bent and when i went to bend it back into shape it snapped,
but i may have a poke tomorrow
