The original Boffin discovery used the Mountain and Arctic legs.
He is indeed the only figure to use these legs. I hadn't noticed that the team-shot Boffin differed!

Ahhh - yes. Could I have opened a can of worms here! We have variants of the prototypes! I would guess most customs will feature the longer booted legs, with the Mountain and Arctic legs being harder to get hold of.
What's that sound I hear??? Ahh - it's Andy cursing the fact he is off to Kendal this weekend as it gets in the way of him doing the SWS team variants!

Upon closer inspection I think ALL of the v2
figures use the Mountain and Arctic legs!!

Without trying to steal your thunder Paul, if there is simply one set of spares out there that could take a detour via the SteveD Residence I could run it through the Clone Maker and help out on this one?

i have a spare 1 i tink we were gonna swap at 1 point.
i only bought him for the legs to make a Boffin but i could send it to you for the good of the cause.

Ooo - please Bill, yes (as we are now public with this!). If I can borrow him, I will clone his legs over the next few weeks (looks like I'm definitely going to be on to the supliers for more mould making clobber - here we go again.....)
They will be harder and have a lot less flex than proper ones, but should be spot on for SWS customs.

Is it worth making up a list of all the different Palitoy limbs and torsos?
Aren't the rolled-up sleeves and shorts also rarities?
