Always wondered if there were Roboskull variants, not so much charting its evolution as evidence of other mind-warping Palitoy experiments, so mental it's pure genius

Oh defo, although they never may have made it as far as a rough block model or mock up, there would have been 2D concepts, just purley ideas for discussion and development.

For instance, the Cosmic Cruiser looked a bit different in the early days.

that's right, pretty much all the visual appearance models used for trade catalogues/ preview product photography differed from the final released product.
