DUFUS STYLE

This is a bit more dufus Shad and the gear at the back of the helmets doesn't cast as well as from the Pallitoy style one. It has a bigger neck piece though, so is more sturdy and also more customisable as you have more in the neck area to work with.

And this pic is to show the difference between the Pallitoy ones and the Dufus ones:-

25th Style

Not going to be to everyones taste, but I needed some of these myself, so they are available if people want them.

Pic on the left is as they come out of the mold, pic on the right is once I have dremmelled them out. More than happy to supply either way, if you would prefer to dremmel them yourself:

And a few examples of how they look in action from a few work in progress customs of mine:-

RAH style and Series 3 style are works in progress, but I have the tooling done of the prototype for the RAH one, and will be making the mold in the next few days. He seems to look okay so far, but it depends how the mold forms as to what the end product will be like:-

Based on what TKW was saying about later sculpts this head may, or may not, be a universal fit. It seems to fit well for the CG here. It fit Tomax (only just but he has collars Harry Hill would be proud of!)

Ha! Very good Steve!

A Palitoy AF-based thread - they do still occasionally exist here! :doc:

Very impressed by your work Steve-o!

You are doing a cracking job.

Because I have no interest, or knowledge of anything post-85, what exactly does RAH mean?

Also, some very nice Shadow Divers you've got going on there!

RAH or ARAH is the abbreviation of A Real American Hero. Most people uses the 3 3/4'' toyline's slogan to differentiate it from the original 12'' figure and the 8'' Sigma 6 ones.

Thanks DA for that! It is indeed Real American Hero.

I didn't have a clue either Paul until i started with my plastic experiment! I cant remember who first used it for me, but I remember reading RAH and ROC in the space of two posts and getting very confused!

So I stuck with using RAH, which is a bit easier than TOAST (The One After Series Three) which is how I have always thought of it.
