Publicity is a double edged sword. Yes, the site deserves all the publicity it can get as there's no other site/forum where we can talk and discuss Action Force but on the other hand, the popularity of Action Force has increased quite a bit and our friends over the pond have become wise to the 'desirable' items that Action Force produced. I wouldn't be surprised if a few dealers view the forum and make a note of the 'rare' items.

I remember a US member's first and possibly last post was, 'Which Action Force vehicles had GI Joe repaint drivers?'. I read that as a GI Joe collector who just wanted to get the Joe repaints not for a love of Action Force but for the fact that they were collectable to the Joe community.

I admit, I am snobbish when it comes to Action Force. If it wasn't made by Palitoy, I'm not interested. When the website was created by Steve, it was all about Palitoy Action Force and I loved it. However, for the website to grow and to keep on existing I know that it has to expand to include the later ranges by Hasbro. Maybe the Hasbro range doesn't interest me as I'd stopped playing with the toys by then. Who knows.

Its all about opinions in the end.

ahhh, see i wouldnt have read it that way, but you are probably right & i can see your point. i was being a bit sarcastic & that message sounded worse that it was supposed too, it's cool that you are that passionate about palitoy, to be honest until a couple of months ago when i randomly stumbled across some joe's i had completely forgotten about action force & palitoy, so i've got them to thank!
