Same here, only way to bid. It also gives you the satisfaction that if some bastard is going hell for leather on the price he WILL be paying primo mulla (kiwi translation - lots of money).

Just topping up my Battle annuals. 99c (about 30p) for the 81 annual was particularly pleasing. Got 3 to go now. About 5 or 6 years ago I threw a BIG box of Battle and BAF stuff out. F%^&*#g idiot. Now I'm rebuilding.

I employ that tactic these days only when I'm at work, connection is very fast, left it at home once till last 10 seconds and courtesy of wireless adapter or something it started thinking about the whole thing. Should have hit the refresh button, next thing I know it's telling me bidding has ended and naturally I would have been happy to pay 3 or 4 times what it went for!

Ya can't beat Cat5 and cable;-) I refresh in the last minute a few times like I'm revving a car. Lol.

Sweet haul Chopper, There's a shop not far from where I work that has loads of the battle comics for 50p each, going to go in one day and slap down £80 and say load them up my good man
