Yeah, those graders are completely clueless.

Either that, or we're all rich!

Lets all wish him well. Got to admire the entrepreneurial effort.

Lets see - ten quid (tops) for the figure. Roughly twenty for the AFA grading. Few quid for the Ebay listing...looking at a sixty quid profit if it goes!

But got to think that if this were the Apprentice he'd be on the receiving end of one of Alan Sugars "you lost me money" rants, before being shown the door...

He has put an SAS Frogman on starting at 99p.....do you think he has made a mistake!?
When confronted by a difficult problem you can solve it more easily by reducing it to the question. How would the Lone Ranger handle this?

we'll Im bidding on one of those frogmans, hes got two.

I guess hes doing the frogman to see what happens, see how much buzz he makes
its a real toss of a coin. my friend told me today that its $35 to get them graded in a week $17 month and a half

I dont know... the whole thing is kinda confusing,,, and a little silly.

one of the things I HATE about AFA is that if you get a figure graded as loose, they will have the accessories separate so the figure doesnt even dispaly as intended in the first place, I almost bought a rip cord in a damaged card to get it graded, I love that fig, but its gotta be wearing its gear otherwise it just looks dumb!

I think this guy is trying something new at trying to combine the two worlds AFA and Action Force, I saw that the guy is in the UK so hes got good access to Action Force and hes probably sending SW get graded often so he just sent some in with the batch to see what happens.

In my opinion I rather trust my eye and spend my money on toys instead of giving to some "authority" to tell me its nice
but if theres money to be done, I'm sure many people here are sitting on a real gold mine, but it might just take quit some time for the demand to grow as far as the SW empire is.

The new Star Wars movie is the Clone Wars, hopefully its going to be good, I'm glad to say its 100% animation so no more bad anakin acting :)

Question: why does somebody want to have a graded radio operator? This is a very common item! There is hardly any risk during the purchase. For 100 pounds, you can buy easily buy 5 radio operators and end up with the same quality toy as seen in this auction.

This is clearly a seller that does not understand why AFA exists in the first place.

Personally I don't like AFA, but they might come in handy in the case of rare items. AFA gives 'proof' that an item was graded fairly. In case of a 1982 SA Snake Eyes with a 500 dollar value there is need for an idependant grading. Not in this case.

If I want a graded radio operator I just send one to AFA myself! It will be a lot cheaper and I prolly end up with a better score. 85 is not all that bad, but not ultra good. The card in the auction is punched after all.

ive been thinking about the grading thing and decided stuff it! im really not keen to post a genuine one and get a fake one back (with or without a certificate) and lets face it the boxes arent very attractive are they? im not going to let the con artists who fake capes win! i know the jawa is genuine, how can it not be when its been in the loft for donkeys years! so im gonna list him with a reserve and if the buyer wishes to post him off to get put in a box with his gun separate then its up to them.... ahhhh now thats off my chest im going off to check how my auctions going!

best wishes to all
