My bro ain't complaining he got £102 for a fairly shagged out Moondancer!

People dont seem to want to buy them when they come with the triad or dont look / realise. Perhaps this is a US buyer thing but the one youre brother had I think sold to him with the triad for £25 originally then he parted it and made a sh*t load of money

Partly out of me for the triad
My MISB series 3 triad only cost £35 I think.

His first Moondancer went for £74. This one was in a job lot he got for £74 so that ws some profit.

He tells me he caught the auction in the last minute and saw Mooddancer in there had a wee punt and got very lucky.
He is a ruthless Bar Steward though, still making me bid for things on the bay!! The last two things I bought from him were a SATT Barracuda (Loose) for £9.99 and a tow hook from a shadow trak for £3.

Remember these?

Well I sent the seller a polite message saying that a £30 starting bid was a bit overpriced even if they were in a fair condition. Here is the repsonse I got:
Dear humby248,
Thank you for your comment. For your information 5 of the same set recently sold for £30 to an "authority" on these toys overseas and was happy and helpful with the transaction before, during and after, plus they are not in "their present poor state" either.
Regards,
Oh yeah really!

Thats why you have had to relist them!
Here's the lot the seller is refering to:
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... 0236756964 You can see why someone was willing to take a punt on being able to clean them up but the first lot are as Andy said custom fodder.
