Yeah ive been to my local colelction place and they are not holding it, and they could not tell me any more then what it claims on the proof of postage online

No my dispute is with 80stoyshop, I have never took possession of these items so they still belong to him, I have no proof he has posted them apart from a tracking number he has put online, but for all I know this tracking number could be on a letter he posted to him self.

i'm starting to feel a bit uncomfortable with this thread.

like i said i had no issues with dave and got my items no probs.
if the items have been posted then it really is down to royal mail.

i understand skyline you're out a bit of cash and havent recieved PMs which would piss me off i'm just not sure this is the right place to air your grieviences.
tell me to feck off if you want but have you checked the shipping info again to see where the items are etc??

Hi I completely understand I would never usually air my dirty laundry like this, but the deal was done on this board as two members of this board and you guys keep telling me what a good guy he is, yet I have sent him £100 and he doesn't even have the decency to reply to my pm's, it is so frustrating plus the fact I went in to this deal with a few friends, I have refunded them there part so it has left me out of pocket and there is people on here who have paid out for items on my behalf and now I cant afford to pay them, Im not asking to much all I want is my refund and if the figures do turn up I can always repay.

I've pretty much said all I can say; skyline needs to submit a P58 ASAP. I'm annoyed that 80stoyshop has decided to cease all his business with the forum as a result of this, but to be fair to skyline I think it's an over reaction on his part.
