Love Rogue Trooper, probably the only other comic I bought apart from BAF.

Any chance of Friday, the Rogue Trooper Andy he was the alternate universe version of Rogue and had a yellow circle on his helmet rather than the comm-chip?

Cheers guys ! I think i had stopped reading 2000ad by the time Friday showed up, may have to do a little research

He was killed off but I read some of his stories they were good.

I only went back to 2000AD for a few stories in the later days, although I never read it again after they killed off Johnny Alpha

Johnny had a slight revival in a Dredd mega epic Judgement day I think it was called in the 90's. It was set after Wulf's death anyway.

I bought the Judgement day Graphic novel, absolutely fantastic story with all the zombies

also the last frame of that story is my favorite piece of 2000ad artwork

Alpha's not dead! they, like, retconned it or something. he still appears...

Either that or set the stories before his death but he was killed off in a last fight for the Strontium Dog Agency.
