Dave Gorman did a TV show where he went around the world trying to meet every other bloke called Dave Gorman. Whilst he was in Australia, they added a character called Dave Gorman to Neighbours for a brief period.

He also did a TV series where he followed everything his horoscopes told him to do for a month to see whether or not he ended up better off. IIRC, he did, marginally.

Ooo - I love Dave Gorman. His "Are you Dave Gorman" quest was still the funniest though! Danny Wallace is just a pale imitation of him these days, even though arguably Danny Wallace has actually gone on to be more successful! (they used to be flatmates when Dave started his whole "Dave Gorman" quest.
