I wonder, if Palitoy hadn't of had its funding cut & had been still in business, if Hasbro would of used the Sealion for the Joe line? Or would the fact that the company was owned by General Mills/Kenner of put a stop to that idea?

It would of been great to have seen this & other Palitoy designs being been incorparated into the U.S Joe line, the Sealion would of made a nice compaion to the S.H.A.R.C..not sure how the Roboskull would of fitted in with ( maybe as a Dreadnok vehicle?)

My Sealion is sadly on its way to it's new owner now ( ) but I'm 99% certain that it came totally sticker free, and that the decals then needed to be added. Perhaps the Mystery New Owner may be good enough to check and let us know?

steve you kept that sale quiet i don't remeber hearing anything about it?

Not sure if this helps, but I had this slip of paper in with my Sealion box.

And there are no stickers on the vehicle, this is the later version with the jointed driver (gone now)

nice info scooby and an awesome example of an unused sealion you lucky bugger! please let me know if you ever think about selling it on


back to the stickers i should have the Q Force sticker sheet ready actually sometime in the next month or so if all goes to plan, so i may very well put the Q's on and will most definitely take of the stripes, AF logos and the bullethole, i'll update with a photo when its ready.
