She should be made with a thin head in order to still be capable to use the detachable helmet from some CG figures.

Are you sure you aren't referring to Munitia? There's so few females that is difficult to not know them all (well, I could be wrong).

No she was listed in the Cobra Battle File from DDP it came out in 2002

Hmm, I just got the last issue. Since she doesn't appear in the last pages dedicated to minor characters, she is a main player. Why is she so unknown then???

She isn't profiled the Battle File has a Cobra command structure she is listed as being the Special Forces Commander of Cobra
