Hmm. Quite pricey. Although better than the £20+ that complete NM Night Vipers go for.

that does seem a bit pricey, you can pick them up for £7 if you shop around.

well, the first one i admit i paid a bit more than i would've like on, because a)it was in really good nick and b) was the first one i'd seen complete and it was a BiN on the bay. the second, like i said, was a BiN from America. the last two i got for what i considered a decent price for good condition loose stuff. and IIRC, they were BiN too. i don't mind paying around a tenner for GC loose stuff on BiN if it means i don't have to wage a bidding war with you mr Edwards or johngipants...

Its a fair point. It's really about what they are worth to you. I'm sure we have all paid over the odds for something that we really wanted for our collection.

All looks good Sundance, collections coming on well.
When confronted by a difficult problem you can solve it more easily by reducing it to the question. How would the Lone Ranger handle this?

i've got 45 Joes. I'm trying to round up to 40 Cobras. once i get those three, that's it, i'll be done. i want to get a second of :skeletron: :kraken: and :shadow: so i've got a pair of each (already got 2 :muton: ) and i'll have a nice mini-army of 10 bad guys to face off with my AF forces.

I started off with a year limit. Then a figure limit. Now I've decided that limits are for the birds. And I'll just keep going until they start to become bright greens and oranges and are called names like "Eco-warrior-Spacefighter Duke".
I think you can have too many of a figure, though. I've got something like 12 tele-vipers now, which is a bit of an overload. Now when I look at one I get the same feeling I get when I gun 6 cadbury's cream eggs in a row. Night Vipers and BATs are another story. You can never have enough of those.

six CGs and four Snow Serpents is enough for me. all else i've got is 2 :ctrooper: 2 BATs, 2 Vipers, 2 Iron Grenadiers and a pair of Eels. the rest of my 'troop builders' are singles: SAW, Flak, HEAT, Hydro, Tele and Alley Vipers, an Undertow and the :najeep: and then the individuals like CC, Serpentor, :scrapiron: :baroness: :destro: :bludd: the twins and Wild Weasel.
