Built using only old school tools & methods: a knife, pair of tweezers & a wooden cocktail stick (for applying the glue).

These old 2 colour kits can be picked up really cheaply, are fun to construct & were a pure nostalgia trip.

That's the last of my unmade kits built.
Still on the look out for the Matchbox Cobra helicopter gunship & wouldn't mind having another crack at the Sea Harrier:

Loving it. I had the Harrier, not the Sea Harrier and my first kit was a Matchbox Skyhawk, from memory. I also built a Tempest, ME-109 and a Sherman.

I was up bright & early this morning so decided to go for a walk around the local park with couple of figures in me pocket & camera in hand.

Today happened to be Open Farm Sunday so, after following some sign posts, I ended up spending couple of pleasant hours watching modern/vintage farm machinery, sausage/cheese making & sheep shearing.



Sadly the cameras battery ran out, so I didn't get a shot of the New Zealander with his dancing sheep
