I think that's best. It'll put you off your game.

As for the gun, I agree with Chopper. For a while I've suspected this was a quality control thing, where they were snapping coming out of the mould or something, but I agree with Chopper too - I bet they were lopped off in the factory for one reason or another.

Well I'd have to agree on the supressor being lopped off. I really thought these were'nt official but the evidence is clear to see.

Remember

also came with an AK 47 & they all had perfectly formed muzzles..could it of possibly have been a faulty tooling or simply a different moulding machine used for

weapon which was altered for some reason? Maybe even the plastic used affected the moulding process?
Has a carded

ever been seen with an muzzle-less black AK?

The AK is the same mould as the Cobra Officer grey AK, I.e. Hasbro. I'd doubt they would retool a muzzleless version. Also the overwhelming majority of Phones figures I've seen are muzzleless. The Black Major had the full black AK so the chances of finding a lopped one (unless you lop it yourself) would have to be near zero.

Hi
I've bought a loose (but complete) Phones recently and I was surprised to see it came with an red AK with a longer muzzle (don't know the english word for it, until I've read your posts ^^).
It's not the version of this particular topic, but the one without silencer.
In the eighties I've bought two of these figures and I never saw any Phones figures on card in France with something else that the broken muzzle AK.
I also think that the "factory cut" is certainly the reason why the GI Joe Cobra Officer AK had that broken muzzle when it cames with Phones.
Maybe it was to fit in the bubble ?
And so maybe this version (with silencer) was a "rescued" one ? ^^
(as always, sorry for my broken english ^^)
