Well, as you can see General Scarlett, we tend to go off the beaten track a little here. So far your welcome thread has veered off track several times, included several languages (I'm just waiting for some to say hello in Klingon or Wokkie or something now) and even a foreign version of Mark Twains works!
And I think that's really a fair summation of how things can get around here! We've just eased off the innuendo for the time being it seems, for no particular reason!

And I'd give you a proper Wookie hello, but we'd have to be sitting in a pub with a couple 'o pints between us

I aim to go into politics. Then, once I've done being Prime Minister, tidying up the unholy mess the Uk has gotten into, and had me tea, I might go into the European Parliament, and sort out that ungodly mess. See you there Jaye? And once we've put everything right we'll pop out for a few pints? Or a few of them funny Euro beers where they wipe the top with a lolly stick but only half fill the glass?

Are you not familiar with it Ed? The Third Moon of the Planet Taykaway, governed over by Supreme Chancellor Ken Hom? Some people are sooooo uneducated.
Actually, that reminds me of one of the worst chat up lines I ever used, whilst heavily drunk, and having a bit of a laugh with mates when i lived over in Scarborough.
"I may not be Ken Hom but I've got a utensil you would love to get in your drawers".
Honestly, she went weak at the knees. I'm not sure if it was with laughter, or simply to get more momentum to the slap that followed. (actually, it went down quite well, but that's a story for another day, perhaps after the watershed)
