the guy with the MP 40 would make a good :attack:
When confronted by a difficult problem you can solve it more easily by reducing it to the question. How would the Lone Ranger handle this?

This would be pretty easy to do for someone if they did actually want some? I have the Red Shadow body logo, which I can print on a transparent rather than the coloured I use. Grey or green bodies would be quite easy to come by. Just grey hats to find and you'd have your grey troopers!

SteveD wrote:As I've now unveiled this latest litte project of mine on Dave Trees stall at Memorabilia yesterday I thought I'd come clean as to what on earth I've been waffling on about with "Tits and Trifle"!

Well, ages ago, i said how I was working on a Project that combined two things that were "very popular around here", to which the Baron responded "what? Tits and Trifle". I liked it, so it became my own little personal name for a customs project I was working on.

Now, actually, the two things that were very popular weren't originally "tits" and "trifle", but "LEGO" and "RED SHADOWS".

This is a spin off from the heads casting project, and has sort of led to lots of other things being put on the back burner for a while with the spare parts castings and stuff, but these are the boys that are responsible for it :-

Now, I have so many of these as I made myself a small army, but I've also made some for sale if anyone is interested. I plan on selling them on ebay and Lego sites and stuff but thought I'd offer them here first.

The Baron has a removeble helmet and comes with his Uzi cocked and ready to go.

The Major comes with his AK and a mean looking scowl.

And the Shads, well - these are my faves! They come with a custom body transfer and unique SteveD original head, fully stickered up as shown. The body transfer is a custom and each comes with a little cute bazooka.

Due to the costs involved of the component parts and the amount of time each one takes they are priced at £6 each for the Shadows, but if you buy 5 (so £30) you get the Major and the Baron free! That's a set of 7 custom figs for £30 including postage (recorded postage to any UK address - oversees will be a few pounds more and not recorded) and is the only way of getting the Baron and Major figs to go with them (unless you are in Birmingham as you read this and dash to the NEC before Memorabilia shuts at 5!)!

As single figs of custom Lego generally go for $15 to $20 each, these are quite a bargain.

I've got quite a lot more in hte pipeline so hopefully these little lads go down well.

Thanks to The Baron for his help with the bits he recommended, and for pointing out to me as I approached completion that he'd already made himself a similar set a while ago! Despite my actually posting on the thread in question I'd totally forgotten thus proving that my memory is like a seive!

PM me if you are interested or for more details?

Steve

PS - these are my entry for Novembers Custom of the Month too. I'll do some more pics of them in the week to show them each closer up.

Uber Cute!

Do you get prisoners to gas with the camp?
Spock, where the hell's the power you promised?

One damn minute, Admiral
