Is this some Games Workshop muppetry related to their puny Emperor and his heath-robinson life-support kit cos he's like
20000 years old in the era of Space Marines and such?

I love the backstory to the whole Warhammer 40,000 universe, its only rivaled by the humour that surrounds it and brings me onto my favourite picture:

Games Workshop do have a habit of "cherry picking" & putting thier own spin on the best bits from just about every Sci-Fi/fantasy story you can think of...
Talking of big robots, I did like that big steam powered Cyberman thing from the Dr Who special!

Thing that always got me, was the way 40k history kept/keeps forever changing...like the Horus Heresy...no mention of the Titans or the space fleet stuff when I 1st started painting the minatures ( I never really liked playing the games, never liked all that roll X sided dice stuff) untill the games were released, then its like "Oh did we mention the Titans were there aswell?.."

GAH! We've been stuck on 499 members all bloody week now!
Although let's not forget that I deactivated Stanley "Twatty McFucknut" Fernando's two accounts, so technically TheTrojanGambit is our 500th member.
