I can't get my head around AF in modern kit tbh. I'd much rather they were in gear from the 80's and early 90's. Westland Lynx, Scorpion tanks etc. Thats where my heart truly lies, I guess. Unless we are talking Shads, then weirdo modern stuff is acceptable

I know! I know! I'm trying to focus on one at a time, but end up getting distracted. For months on end. Aim to get the WIP shelf cleared by the end of the year!

i wasnt keen on the figures you used but these have turned out brilliantly.

look class, the individual heads are really cool and give the faceless shads a bit of identity.

Thanks Bill. I was similar with the figures - they seem to be more diorama type of figures than toys - too much articulation (they come with a "choice of arms"!) and I always thought (and still do) that the arms they have are too long. But the end result I am really pleased with, and they proved a perfect learning experience for my first dalliance into customs.
