No they somewhat nerfed the vehicles in the second Battlefront sadly and there seem to be some changes to the multiplayer as well that meant it just wasn't as sharp or addictive as the first game.Crimson Rage wrote:I preferred the first BATTLEFRONT. I liked the commands in the first battlefront I did like some of the levels in the second one but it just got harder as you progressed like the Revenge of the Sith game.

I was a late comer to both Battlefronts, but love them both.
I never have half the amount of free time as I used to for gaming. I've several games that I've not even had a chance to play yet, Smash Brothers Brawl, Advanced Battalion 2 and No More Heroes spring to mind, but am currently playing GTA Chinatown on the DS at the mo, it's the only game I can play for 5 - 10 mins at a time. Great game and very funny.
Dave.

Never understood the reason they canned the "lying down" postion on SW Battlefront 2. Why oh why did they stop developement on Battlefront 3???
I'd loved to of seen a Clone Wars game done in the same art syle as Timesplitters 2, that's still one of my fave games when it comes to art/graphics, & I think it still looks fresh today..the cartoon style just works better than a lot of the newer identi-kit games that all seem to use the same brown colour pallete.

what is Timesplitters 2 like? Me and my girlfriend last year completed the first game together and found the last level was disappointing.

I found Timesplitters 2 almost as good as Goldeneye..the challenge mini games are good fun & Monkeys a-plenty
I've often seen the game on sale for as little £2.99,it's well worth investigating...the re-play value (for me anyways) would more than make up for the purchase price.

Got to admit my PS3's just seems to be used as a DVD player nowadays
Most new games just don't appeal to me, the ones that do (Gostbusters)are just too damn expensive..the only game I've really played a lot & enjoyed is Drakes Fortune.

A little-known gem is Prey, if you're a fan of Doom III I thoroughly recommend it.
