-
Two cheques are in the post.
When they arrive, that will be the entire lot - SOLD!
Not bad for 6 weeks.
When I bought the entire collection [£2.2K], I had plans to keep 'a few hundred pounds worth' and sell the rest on.
End result: I've kept about half!
But I have sold half!
Moneywise, I've made back about £1800 quid which is superb.
I've gotten over a grand's worth of Action Man for a few hundred pounds! Re-Sult!
I am, however, sick to the high teeth of packing stuff up.
And I don't want to go the post office again for at least a year or two...
Seriously, if any of you fancy making a few quid. My advice is:
Take out an interest free credit card [Halifax do a 9-months one at the mo...]
Buy the full 40th collection from Modellor's Loft: £2,150
Break it up and sell individually.
You'll get back about £3K because some of the stuff has shot up in value.
It takes a bit of time and effort but it's free money at the end of the day to spend on those Shadow armies...
Don't sell on ebay - I hardly touched it [only sold £200 quid's worth there] - uses the AM forums and sell privately. Ask for payment in cheques, it worked for me!
Many thanks to Paul463, SteveD and anyone else who bought from me - much appreciated chaps!
Money Guru,
Paul

Amazing, and mission accomplished! So jealous - I spent 105 yesterday on three! Yours look ace. And you managed to do it all without getting divorced!
My hats off to you sir!
