He's still being allowed to shill bid and sell! I feel sorry for whoever it is who now has to pay £30.00 if he gets it at all.
He has also made all his listings private so we can't warn the winner's but it's pretty obvious it was him upping the price!
Bid was at £31.00 then it dropped to £6.50 when he removed a bid suddenly from 1 bid it was back to exactly £30.00 which was the second bidders top price he was prepared to pay, He knew exactly what amount to bid from the one he removed to not go over the amount so he wouldn't have to offer a second chance sale but if you had been after this and would have been watching like me you would have known to bid £30.01 or .02 etc as it showed how much the bid was before the other was removed!

What's it going to take to get scum like this off ebay oh i forgot they don't care as long as they get there fees! (BLOODY FEEBAY!)
P.S. Take a look at some of the other items he also sold tonight they have also had some removed bids so that a real bidder wins!

Ebay were on about a policy that they check the IP address of the listing/selling computer
to rule out hijacking of bidders I.D`s.
Could ask them to check if the same address with multiple users, is being used to bid on the same items?
If that makes any sense :)

Well if any of you are planning on bidding on his http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Huge-Lot-of-Vinta ... dZViewItem
you will need to bid more than £50.00 as that is what the first bidder or more likely himself had bid but no doubt you will get a second chance offer as the high bidder pulled out!

If you are going to bid do it at £100.00 and then watch how fast the bidding creeps up to what you have bid and when it's near the end of the auction retract your bid ROTFL!

Received this today so at last we are getting somewhere although paypal seemed to want to let it just stagnate and think i would forget about it like the one i have from over 2 years ago for £15.00 still awaiting refund, But because it said credit card and not direct debit visa card which my card is (i don't have a credit card) i rang my bank last month and they said they could do a chargeback and if paypal can't get the money back it comes from them. Haha!
