Oh mama. Fantastic.
Let me tell you, Gunner La-De-Dah Graham, the British Army can fight anything! Intimate or not!

Work in progress but I posted about this idea awhile back, of 3d scanning the Action Man SAS Helicopter and then scaling it down 3 times for 3d printing in Action Force size and vice versa with AF vehicles into VAM size.

Also to 3d scan the RoboSkull but enlarge it enough to allow a Shadowtrak to drive up the ramp. I've recently been using the Faro Arm 3d scanner (was asked to test it with some complex shapes, hehe) and have access to a Voxeljet VX500 3d printer.
Canopy covered in masking tape as was too reflective but captured the curve nicely
In reality I will probably just use the models as outlines to trace a simpler shape with far less polygons, since these have around 24million points. I did the same with the Red Shadow helmet 3d scan, using Autodesk's free 123DCatch for the iPhone (aiming to 3d print in Action Man and Cosplay sizes).

Hoping to one day include all of these in my future Dioramas and pc game mods.

Outstanding!
Re: AF pics inspired by V&A
Over 30 million points but still struggled with some reflective issues in such small details, so may have to paint with thin coat of liquid wax. Had to remove the masking tape as even that was being picked up!

Wow! Great snow pics and I also applaud your work resizing parts via the 3D scanning/printing technique.

Are you aiming to print these out in one go once the images are cleaned up? I have a pretty good Shad helmet In progress and printing. Thought I would need my resin printer to arrive to get a good print but its looking surprisingly good on my Ultimaker 2+.
