His reply:
Sorry please do not take any offence to my last post I just dont know what I have to do to prove my self no more, you can see I am trying to do good or I wouldn't have any positive feedback
Choppers package took 3 weeks to get from the UK to Australia I dont think that is a long time over the Christmas period,
Yes I am currently dealing with stkhlmdk and while the package was on the side my partners puppy some how got hold of the baggy of bats and chewed them to death, but I have all ready delivered half the order to DarkHorse who I am ever so thankful to and have given him some excellent deals on figures in return,
80stoysshop took me for over £100 I have not took any one on here for anything nor do I intend to do so and do not mean to damage your forums reputation at all.

He did omit the fact that he claimed to have sent it 3 or 4 weeks earlier than he did. I don't mind if someone is strapped for time, I get it, but bullshit isn't the best way out.

Aye. If he hasn't repaid stkhlmdk by next week I'll start applying pressure.

We are close to finalizing the deal with the delivery of some items as compensation for the chewed up BATS and refunds for the paid shipping etc. I will let you know when everything has been received by Marcus and then we can close this matter unless someone else has any outstanding deals pending?
Jim, if you want to take actions against him after we have all completed our deals thats entirely up to you but based on the outline of the feedback rules I will have to give him a +2 for my deals as the goods are as promised, just the 2 month dragging-his-ass-around that has been an issue. I will probably write a comment on my feedback for others to read about his very slow shipping methods.

Before you do that, maybe we should discuss adding a neutral feedback option?

I have had that thought but will leave that up to you to decide. An idea would be to take the current thread and lock it and then create a new fresh one with current ratings copied to first page. "Rebooting" will allow you to introduce the neutral option?

He's just been named and shamed over on Star Wars Forum as well (again) and its the same modus operadi as here. I think he is just no good with money or selling, he's also had his sales thread suspended over there too.
