I'm currently half way though the Ghost Busters video game...after my initial trepidation about buying it, would it do the films justice, enjoying it immensely.
It's far from being truly perfect game play wise, admittedly, but it really does feel like you're involved in the 3rd Ghostbusters movie, the story, script & voice acting are all superb.
The attention to detail around the fire house is simply amazing, hopefully if the programmers are as respectful to Goldeneye as the team responsible for Ghostbusters were it should be worth playing...b.t.w. has anyone played Perfect Dark on the X-Box 360 yet?

Bang on TKW, Brosnan was average and the worst of the Bonds (but still good). Goldeneye was the only Brosnan film that gives the other Bonds a run for its money. TWINE wasn't too bad, but not up to Goldeneye. Goldeneye was also the BEST Bond game ever.
As fer Lazenby, OHMSS was a good flick. I dunno why everyone keeps dissing it. Roger Moore was my Bond, Dalton did a reasonable job as does Craig, but Connery will always be Bond.
And on Wii's, I want one too, if only for "The Force unleashed".

I'm torn. I've always had nintendos, from the famicom to to the gamecube. Other than my psp, which was me straying from the fold. But I'm not sure whether to (this winter) get a wii or ps3. I love cartoony games like mario & stuff, but also loved final fantasy games, and grand theft. Red or dead looks awesome, and I love the look of racing games like grand tourisimo for ps3. But goldeneye may just sway it fir me - one of the best games ever!

Re: Perfect Dark...is it a case of us remembering how great we thought it was first time around, & now games have advanced so much replaying the game now just seems old hat a bit of a let down, or is it just a poor remake.

Every time I play Goldeneye, I love it. Rouge Squadron I, II and III as well. Not to mention Space Raiders. Once a good game, always a good game. I never did like Perfect Dark or Halo much either. For Xbox games, Star Wars Battlefront I and II. I have quite a few Bond games but Goldeneye is still the best. Remember The Spy who loved me for the Atari (maybe C-64 as well)?

My Wii has been collecting dust near the TV since december. Which is not all that bad, the other consoles allready moved back into the cupboard! This game looks really cool, but for split screen we might wanna upgrade the television to 60" or even larger.

This can only come from one person. It's only a game!

Get 'em both! You only live once!
Wii: most original gameplay. Hours of fun, especially with friends over. With this console the whole room is participating in the game. Get the balance board!
PS3: if you want killer graphics that blow your socks of. I love to sit really close to the television when playing racing games (42" @ 2 feet), so that I get literally sucked into the game. I fell of the seat once when taking a turn.
X360: best value for money. If you want to buy games cheap, this is your console. All in all average & little dated.
This might help you choose!

Same here, but I guess my reason why is a little different than yours at the moment?
During summer I want to be active outside as much as possible. I only want so sit & play during winter. However, last winter I rather sat in my studio producing music than 'wasting' hours on completing a level of whatever.
