Blood for the Baron!

And a large box of 5 naked Action Men just arrived in the post for me! Hurrah!! The big child in me is now looking forward to dressing these rascals up later this week (that sounds very girlie doesn't it???) and getting them on display! My favourite is the 70's footballer base figure with big sideburns!

i spent the last hour dressing my lancer, Paul was right not an easy one to work out. i do need to get my hands on some naked men..... i mean action man, i've picked up the mountain and artic uniform and a us paratrooper uniform for quite literally pennies (brilliant) have you worked out your action man display yet Steve? mine is starting to take shape although i only have seven with one on the way i'm rather pleased with how they look.

I'm ultimately going to be installing some terracing for them atop my regular display cabinets, so they will all be lined up nicely! They will get dusty, but that's nothing for Men of Action like these to deal with!!

Looking good!! Really like the cabinets. Also good to see you've adopted the same display tactic for the astronauts thingy as me - the little sod wont keep hold of the thing no matter how many times I try!!!

Eddie brilliant photo's. That's how I was going to display them with the box behind them. Think it looks uber cool!

i have struggled with the astronaughts thingy it's a catch twenty two you can get him to hold the thingy without gloves on but then it would look utterly shite if he didn't have the gloves on. i'll think of something for it.
i quite like the idea of the box behind them it gives it a museum feel to it. i brought 3 cabinets but i'll need another 3 i think as Annie will be having one as well! it'll be pretty cool when it's finished.

looking good eddie and if you don't mind me asking how much was the cabinet and where did you get it?

oh and steve whos supplying you with naked Action Man men do they have anymore?

yes i got the cabinet from.....you guessed it ikea but at £39.99 cheap as chips, simple to put together and very sturdy.

that's not a bad price at all! dont suppose theres any chance of a full frontal shot is there
