If you're behaving like an old man, don't be surprised when people start treating you like one... :-P

I am turning bloody 39 this year. I am feeling more alive than ever. My friends range from age 18 to 60. OK, I do collect stuff from my childhood years, but I don't live in those days 24/7. There's more roads to travel than the road to your nanna. Don't just look at things that were, but also at things that are of will be. I try to keep up with things, a thing I learnt from my father. The moment youngsters see/feel/hear you still understand them, they'll open up to you. I hardly ever get those comments.
Amen to that. And kids help too ;-)

My dear auld Dad (MrD Sr) always says "you're only as old as those you feel". His trial starts next Wednesday......

.... seriously though I'm with Jaye. Age is in the mind! Act like you're 11 if you want to. Be childish. But be serious when you need to be. There's a time and place for everything. Just enjoy yourself, and be yourself. But fook me that's old Jaye - 39 eh? :-P

Kids keep the mind young, but they make you look old as f*ck! ;)

ROFL! I think we would get along really good. At a rave when a girls is surprised about my age I tend to reply: "Honey, my girlfriend is younger than you!"

I'm 27 since last week, but the world moves so fast (Every show I watch is either too old to continue, or they do bad changes, or they undo good changes, or simply don't do them) that I tend to feel really, really old.

Me too! 39 in July.............
When confronted by a difficult problem you can solve it more easily by reducing it to the question. How would the Lone Ranger handle this?
