You know it's weird. I too live in a small town and have seven, yes seven charity shops. You would think the chances of finding something good would be quite high...?

Basingstoke has 8, but there is only one good one.

never see any toys in nottingham charity shops except baby toys and the odd power ranger...

we're over run with the bloody things. all i've ever seen was a crappy MAM figure.

The best find i've had in a charity shop is the one which started my transformer boxed collection. It was a boxed Generation One Galvatron complete for £1.50 in the PDSA in york. I've also picked up a few action force figures.
