Maybe the true question would be Splinter vs Miyagi.

If we define dead or alive by the actor playing the characters, Splinter would also be dead, and he is in the main comic book continuity, so they can fight in the afterworld.

Was this line only released in the UK? I don't recall ever seeing this stuff in the US. Pretty neat, and funny at the same time. It's been a while since I have seen those movies, but it brings back memories.

I am not sure where they were released by mine are from DK :-)

The line was made by Remco, & both the t.v. adverts I've seen on youtube have been American, so it's a good bet they were sold in the U.S...weather or not they sold in small numbers or just in certain states is another matter.
