Yeah the head is small enough for the scale, but the painted eyes spoil the whole Lego vibe, I think the Sahds work as they are faceless.

I tried exactly the same thing, and like you say, the eyes make it look a bit like something that the evil kid would do in Toy Story. With the others I'm doing I am hoping to modify a Gas mask I have for full sized AF figs to work for LEGO heads, to make a removeable helmet, but I need more mould making gear before i can tackle that one, and before I can get that I need some money!

Well, we're half way there - with those I've done, and those I've got planned, we have the full Shadow set other than the Castle. Obvious choice for that would be a Muton, but I cant yet see parts to put him together, without just copying yours Baron!

Some black and white LEGO tiles would make the board.

It's just a matter of who they would go up against? SAS would be cool, but not enough individual characters. Z Force?
