It may be a pop under my googletoolbar only blocked pop ups and then these things called pop unders started to appear and now I have them blocked on google too.

Sounds like you all need to install Spyware, Ad-Aware and Spyware Blaster and run a set of scans! They're all free and, in my opinion, essential.

Be sure to check for updates before runnning any scans.

we've got Norton on ours seems to do the job providing you run scans once in a while, it also blocks all pop ups which is useful.
CIA got you pushing to many pencils.

As far as I know Norton just provides an anti-virus and firewall. These programs are specifically for spyware.

Spybot and Ad-Aware both essentially look for the same things, but invariably each one finds something that the other misses. Both contain an active shield and registry checker. Spyware Blaster is just an internet shield.

I run all three along with my Comodo AV and firewall.

um, there's a load of pictures missing from the prototypes page...

losts of red Xs and they lead to pop-up windows with nothing in...
