I don't mean in terms of beliefs but more in blind following and die-hard commitment to something so insane, y'know? Plus I keep reading that's why Cobra Commander didn't have his hood, because they figured it'd be too similar...

I have no hopes whatsoever, but I am planning to see the movie tonight anyway!

Sit down, relax, have some popcorn and a sixpack of beer.

I looked again in our weekly free paper today we are still not getting this film so it still looks I will have to wait until Sky Box Office gets it or the dvd release whichever comes first.

DVD/Blu-ray will be out before xmas. judging by Sky Movies current ads, it won't be on Sky Movies Prem until next summer. might be on Box Office come the new year.

Yeah, surely both this and TFII will go for the big Christmas push and try and dominate the seasons DVD sales...

It's a shame you might not get to see it on the big screen though, it definately enhances the film as it's a crash-bang-wallop kind of film if you get my meaning

I know and reading it which I have done isn't the same but I did miss out on Salvation as well another summer film I wanted to see. I also missed Dark Knight at the cinema but watched it on dvd on my plasma screen tv.

Well personally I don't think you missed alot with Salvation, I found it a complete letdown...Where was the desolation??? John Conner and friends seemed more like Rufio's Lost Boys from Hook living in the desert than a bunch of post apocalyptic rebels :-P

...but if you're rocking the plasma you're more than making up for it, you don't have to put up with the whining kids, noisy chavs and the musty smell of the cinema

True true plus there is always beer you can't get that at cinemas here or a handy pause feature. It would still have been great to have added my views on the film though but I knew the exclusion of ROC was going to happen months ago I just got my hopes built up.
