I had that happen to me too. Some prick in WA sold me 6 figures, one was a shad and another the mission pilot. Opened a dispute with ebay after he tried to sell them again under another name. They did f*ck all. Moral of the story if that happens, create a BS ebay user and bid like crazy. The get the buggers knee capped.

I couldn't cuz by that time it had been just over the month . as the guy said it take about a month for them to arrive . cuz it was snail mail. damn sodding Btrd.

I think Paypal disputes have a larger window than one month, it's certainly worth making an enquiry to btoh them and ebay support.

Just my two penneth, but Paypal and Ebay will do the least they have to to see a resolution. If something goes wrong on Ebay you're generally screwed. Buyer or seller.

So far Muton anytime I have disputed I got money back but it won't always happen with every case.
