Calm down, Ross. I know you are angry because of what happened to Milo. Those dogs should be punished, right, but what they need is a lesson, most likely a phisical punishment, but not being put to sleep (remember: there's no such thing as an evil dog; stupid dogs, maybe, but not evil). The rude woman is a totally different story: she should go to jail, rotting there, and then being put on the electric chair, after which she'll burn in hell!

no, they are viscous. take it from someone who does help with animal charity & homeless dogs, viscous, dangerous dogs HAVE to be put down so they cannot be a danger. they will be put to sleep, wild village dogs dont understand physical punishment, all they understand is that this is their land & any dogs caught here will be savagely mauled/killed by them. they go, or i have to move. just tried to attack my big dogs & terror got bit in the face, this isnt a simple problem, milo could have been a toddler who wandered down by mistake, is that a risk that should be taken? my wife now cant walk our dogs, even i dont feel comfortable, the woman might be a bitch, but all she does is feed these dogs, she hasnt trained them to be viscous, they are just naturally that way because they are wild & are following a pack mentality.
if dogs like this are left, they can get progresivley worse & this is when dog hatred starts to grow, people start poisoning dogs (very common here & lots of innocent dogs die) & the government starts bringing in new laws that makes matters very hard & unfair for sensible dog owners. think about it, the attack on milo would be viewed as attempted murder if it was a human on human attack, so should they be sent to prison? that doesnt exist for dogs, if they cannot be homed because they are not safe they are put to sleep.
im now carrying a knife in case things get out of control, i can not risk my dogs getting killed!

on another note, i have received a death threat from the woman & her husband, if i dont want to die i should move now.
apparently her husband knows my face & will have me taken care of!

If you are half as stubborn as I am then you probably won't budge. So threats like that are just plain dumb. I don't suppose you got it in writing? Mind you, if the HK Police are anything like the Chinese police you'll have a up hill battle on your hands.

I sorta agree as far as vicious dogs are concerned, they usually go that way for a reason tho. Going feral or just not being treated correctly. End of the day any and all dogs are animals and predators at that. If the dogs have an owner then the owner is the one that should be sorted, if they are wild its a no brainer. Inter cranial lead injection asap.

always were feral, they basically stay in the village because she feeds them.
she refers to them as "her dogs" & feeds them & lets them sleep in her stairwell when it rains, so she is breaking several laws as they are not registered, microchipped & have not had rabies vaccine!
