He could have recently regenerated and been confused over what he was? Or done a John Smith on himself and managed to find or recreate a tardis from dreams... Or he could indeed have been human...

I remember what was said was Peter Cushing is a dr who but his story never fit in with the tv series so he is a non-canon dr who just like Never say Never Again is a non-canon James Bond film

I do enjoy those films, the invasion of earth one especially... I dont consider him part of the whoverse, but then there are worse things in the tv series id like to strike out of the books...

i cant figure out what the hell you are saying no to, Alright, I'll rephrase, no, actually, I'll just repeat:
if he is doctor who, then he IS the doctor! i didnt mention timelords or his back garden.
also, i believe he DID fight the daleks, duh!

Your right, now I think about it both were big screen re-hashed t.v. stories, see we Brit's did this sort of thing long before the likes of Hollywood with Star Trek & Lost In Space
