If CO switch to 3.75, it will be nice to know that there'll be no more Who 5 inchers, so it would be possible to have a complete set (one day) if no more are coming (one of the things I like about collecting AF - at least you know where the end will be!), but then it will mess up all hopes I have of having all 10 (soon to be 11) Doctors standing on the shelf in toy format if any future releases are an inch and a bit shorter!
CO can't be in that bad a shape if they've pressed ahead with their Armed Forces range, but looking at those after getting all excited about them before they came out, it does look like they've not put too much effort into them (and the vehicles are all too small for vintage AM!), some of the figures you see in 99p Store look more impressive than those! So maybe CO are dropping out of the bigger game as it were.
This was in the 'rumours' section of Dr Who Toys.net, and apart from the usual "my brother's mate's brother's uncle's dad works for for Character Options and heard...." type ramblings, other stuff that has been posted there has come to pass, so you never know...http://www.doctorwhotoys.net/rumouroftheday.htm
