Maybe Andy they do only give you 10 days after purchase to return anything though I checked their return policy

Thanks Baron if I have no help Ross said he can send me the correct arm to fix it I hope I can take off the wrong one it does seem to be hinged with pins so should unclip

I'd just undo the back screw and swap the whole arm.

ya small joes is really bad ESPECIALLY with overseas customers,. They have a long track record of screwing people but everytime a post is made on the other sites its deleted because he advertises on most of the joe boards and pays them to delete bad threads about them.
Stay away from these guys completely!
