Well, at least , Shipwreck and Spirit later got new, less eye-searing costumes. Law and Wild Bill, despite temporary changes, aways returned to their "Village People"-esque costumes.

GI Joes are all AMERICAN! They just changed some of their intel in the mid 80's and early 90's so they would seem more like neighbors than an occupying army. YOJOE!!

Besides, tompson, not all Joes are American even in the USA version of the Filecards. Big Ben is always an englishman.

Big Ben's British, Skymate's an Aussie, Taurus is Turkish, Backstop's a Canadian, but qualifies as a naturalised American, Big Bear and Red Star are Russian.
