won some items from this seller myself.
not too worried yet but will be in a week or so.
there could be a number of reasons why he hasnt responded so try not to panic just yet.

Just to reassure those who were worried - my lot just arrived this morning - beautifully parcelled they were too! (i suspect by a lady - ladies tend to wrap nicely using boxes and brown paper, we guys tend to adopt the "sh*t loads of tape, that should do it" approach.

:-D

Best parcel I ever got was one where some MOC items came in an alloy wheel box, with the whole box totally wrapped in gaffa tape. The Seller clearly worked in the motor trade! I tell you, the world could blow up tomorrow and that sucker would still remain untarnished! Took me about a fortnight to get into it!

:eagle2: Phew! panic over got mine today too! I just get paranoid when sellers dont respond to any of the emails you send them, but i wasn't too pleased to find that i only got 1 skeletron figure instead of the 2 that i won plus i paid £10 postage when all it actualy cost was £2.80 something i mean i don't mind paying an extra pound or two on top of actual costs but i do think what i paid was a bit excessive, i have emailed the seller yet again and am still awaiting a response, anybody got any thoughts on what they would do?....

I would insist upon the other Skeletron to be issued post haste, lest he'd prefer the one that you recieved to be returned in person and crammed where the sun doesn't shine. ;-)

as ebay and paypal are one in the same, just go straight to paypal and open a dispute, give that about a week and if not resolved escalate the dispute to a claim.

if that fails get a blowtorch and some pliers
