I think that every child who had them must have done this and crashed them into the A.P.C. therefore breaking the bloomin ariels off either that or it was the other evil the dreaded vaccum cleaner! The Baron and Emperors most fearsome weapon.

I've seen those Power Team Elite figures that are 3 3/4 scale and have jointed arms and legs but have torsos like old A.F. figures.....I actually wish that Palitoy had gone down that route: swivel arms, jointed elbows and knees.

Another thing I thought was perhaps they could have used the parts from the US Joe line of 82-85 to make all new characters in the S.A.S., Space Force, Q-Force and Enemy teams....i.e. some could have been repaints whilst others could have been made from other parts like we create our customs.....

A jointed Red Shadow could easily have been created from the original RS head and a Cobra Officers body for example.....
