I realise I'm jumping ahead here. We don't know YET if we'll get the Red Shadows... and if we do, we don't know YET if we'll get :steeler: , :quarrel: , :blades: , :gaucho: , :moondancer: etc etc afterwards.

But it'd be cool if we did!

And after that..., maybe a commerative series based on the Palitoy designs? I know I'm fast-forwarding, but that'd be my dream.

I hope you don't mind my posting something from another recent thread, but it kind of states my case;

Yes Muton, I think if there were a reproduction :AFLogo: toyline, it'd have to be handled properly, ie. not the way they reproduced the Tron toys. I've expressed my thoughts on this before; "I was p!$$ed off a few years ago when the Tron figures were reissued in exactly the same molds and packets that they'd appeared in 20 years earlier, making it impossible to tell a reissue from an original. I'd LOVE to see the original :AFLogo: figures make a come-back... but I'd hope they'd have a year or a commemorative logo stamped on them somewhere."

And yes, customs are certainly a way of continuing the line and keeping :AFLogo: alive. :mrgreen:

And of course, GI Joe versions of the Red Shadows and new :AFLogo: re-dos are ANOTHER way of keeping it alive, too! :lol:

Seriously though if modellers loft can do this for Action Man they could probably do the same for AF. It would be nice if they would.
Modellers Loft was used as an example, I would be highly surprised if Alan would consider this viable for his business, he has written several books on Action Man, so knows that product inside out, Action Force would be a departure from what he does and probably needs to invest all spare cash flow to keep developing the 40th line.

However, that does not mean it's not possible, I mentioned them to demonstrate that Hasbro will entertain a sub-license, if the figures work for them ;)

I think the A.M. 40th sets are about to stop being produced after wave 15..I'd love to have seen some of the A.F. uniforms done in Action Man size, maybe a ltd edition Z Force captian or S.A.S. force uniform carded set..

The AM 40th gear is manufactured by Dragon In Dreams,and i would think you would get a better response if you contacted them direct.

Also Thundershot with respect to vehicles,the Palitoy/Hasbro Iron Knight Tank could easily be repackaged as a Z-Force Battle Tank(when i can finally get hold of one i intend to do just that),the 21st century M151 Mutt Seal recon vehicle is another that can be modified for a Z-Force/SAS Panther Jeep.There are plenty of other vehicles in this scale that are inexpensive(around £40-£60).That with the amount of 1/6scale weapons and kit on the market would make it a good option for a small exclusive release.

I'll definitely take a boxed and loose bagged set but only if they are the original sculpt, I'm not interested if they are 25th.

Do I have to join Master Collector to be able to get these?

25th molds are off limits till the 2013 convention. Positive side though is that the Hasbro owned Marvel molds can be used in Frankensteining new figures after then.
