Back on topic.........

heres a few stills of those toys from the original miniseries....

The figures look very home made but the dropship is pretty cool !!!

the commander almost looks like the grunt figure in disguise ?

Ace!

Wasn't there a Playmobil toy of a similar design? I remember the front and back end compartments could be joined together to make a fighter, in exactly the same way as the V ships. I think it had these black rubber egg-shaped wheels...

That's definitely a Grunt, innit?

Any-one else think the Dropship could be a special effects model, I seem to remember them using a lot of models in the sfx.
I think your right the figure is almost definightly a grunt.

It could be an fx model I suppose ?

if you look closely the doors are held open with a cocktail stick and masking tape !!!!!!

The figure looks terrible but the ship is great I want it it would make a good monorail.
