Hayden Christiansen as Red Wolf
Clive Owen as Black Major

As for Action Force not sure but I think Sean Bean would be good in either a Z Force or SAS role and Samantha Janus or Keira Knightley as Quarrel

Christopher Lambert that's a good one , as is Sean Bean.. or I see Red Wolf as been a bald chappy seeing as we see him without the mask in Moondancer comic then again Hayden could shave his head . The Joe Movie so far sounds like a mustn't see movie just like TransFormers was to be honest I mean Christopher Eccleston as Destro he is meant to be scottish having the last name McCullen from the Clan Destro not northern.

Viggo as in History Of Vilolence.. that's a good choice he's got mad eyes , maybe William Hurt as he was bit insane in that too.. Max Von Sydow would also be an ideal choice but he must be getting on a bit (I guess the Baron is too ).. Clive Dunn lol (nah don't think that would work he he) Christopher Lee would be ideal if he can stay alive long enough
