THANK YOU SO MUCH !!atomicjay wrote:I have DVD Studio Pro. I know it can do subtitles, but I've never done it in there.
I know what you mean with the srt files, I use VLC player and it connects the subtitles fine. I can reconstruct the movie in Final Cut Pro then move it to DVD Studio Pro. Does your text file have any type of timecode reference in it? I know a little Spanish but anything would help. Just send the file to my email - jroosa030@yahoo.com. If all else fails, I could re-upload the movies to youtube with subtitles when finished.
Does anyone know if the 1996 animated Action Man is available anywhere? I actually wanted to see the Live Action wrap-arounds that were added to the US Version. I had a chance to work on those when they were shot at Universal Studios Florida.
Jay
Ill send the files asap and yes they have time references
as for the 1996 series I have the entire series on DVD except 5 eps. 3 of them I had converted from VHS and put on a DVD so they arent as clear as the DVDs but definitely watchable, the 2 eps Im missing seem to never have been released on VHS of DVD sadly so im two episodes shot
I want to upload them all to youtube someday but I havent gotten much encouragement to do so from Action Man fans, its a lot of work and doesnt seem to be many people wanting it sadly.
if more people ask I would definitely do so though. I do have a few uploaded on youtube though
thats awesome you worked on the live Action Parts. wish I had known about it, I only lived about 2 hours from Universal florida at the time
