Also likely why they are rarer - earlier ones less likely to remain unopened/unsold. Those eBay ones are from the recent Vectis auction I think of the old Palitoy rep collection.

I bought a couple from the seller, a miscard and another SAS pilot but a different card.. I asked where he got them and he said Gumtree from a another guy selling off his toys.

Our collection of these matches pretty much, we can so far rule out the Q and Space Forces but what about the likes of Muton, Black Major and SAS attack trooper? Could it be we have them all?

SAS attack trooper is a definite no - he was later release. I'm certain there will be a black major and muton though. And there won't be any Q or Space.

What do you mean by the different card? This, alternate layout? Or something different? Any chance of a piccie so I can verify?

The different card, it was the SAS Pilot with a white star, Look out for the Exciting Action Force Comic On Sale.. Nothing special.

Medic, Minesweeper and Kraken can be presumed ruled out too?

Yes Black Major was part of this initial series 2 release, just found this photo on Google and he's tucked away on the end but you can tell its his name and the advert is there.

Yep! That's him right there, with the "July/Aug" flash sticker. Unfortunately we can't see the back to confirm, but in betting that's the alternate layout cardback right there.
