It's an old one, but when anxiety or rage strike, closing your eyes and slowly counting to ten makes a tremendous difference. I also notice that I clench my fists inadvertently when stressed, watch out for little traits like that before they become habits.

And the best thing you can do is find something positive unrelated to all of it, be it walking on the beach or reading comics or a creative project.

Good luck for tomorrow and I know you can take whatever comes your way in your stride. :)

After a 2 hour hearing

They had added charges I didn't even know about but they didn't have any evidence at all... Wankers.

I ended up with a written warning for conduct, I reminded them that I have a disability and felt it might be necessary to head to a tribunal and the case didn't hold any water, I also reminded them that I will randomly get angry if so and so person treats me or others like sh*t it is part of the condition unfortunately.

After that they came back with the written warning.

I've been off on full pay since the 28th they gave me the next 2 days off to recover from the stress they put me through, I'm off next shift which means I go back to work on the 20th June I work 4 days then I'm off for another 2 weeks :-)

Whilst unsure about whether I would still have a job I applied for another better job with more cash, I have an interview Monday.

Perhaps there is a turn in the tide.

Sounds like a good move, Eddie. As my Grandfather used to say, It'll be all the same in 100 years. Just do what makes you happy.

Best of luck Eddie with getting your new job I hope they treat you better and are more understandable with what you are going through I wish you good luck also in dealing with your diabetes. I still don't know if I am attending RORC this year due to the fact I was off with concussion recently but if I see you there let me know how you got on.

Jumped up the same time as my mate and smacked my head against his so it's pretty embarrassing really.
