The last wave of figures that was introduced on these cards I consider GI Joe nowadays as theY do not differ from their US counterparts. At the time they were sold in Europe GI Joe was still unknown to Europe, so as a kid they were Action Force to me.
The packaging that was introduced later merely had Action Force written in GI Joe style letters. No differences in toys, so I consider that to be entirely GI Joe.
