I normally just use Royal Mail , they do a tracked and insured service called airsure, problem is its bloody expensive. I sold a turtle blimp to a guy near Sydney and it cost £20 for airsure.

Yes, there was a check in at Sydney then confirmation of signature. I know size is very tight. I believe it's 90cm max for length+width+depth
